Timeline
The City of Los Angeles Planning Department Zoning Administrator issued planning approvals for 1111 S. Grand Avenue and 1100 S. Hope Street on 7/29/2004.[1]
The City of Los Angeles issued new construction building permits on 3/7/2005.[2]
Developers obtained temporary certificate of occupancy for the entire building on 2/2/2007[3]
