Greetings Residents,

Please take a moment to review the following announcements.

• Notice of Filming – ABC STUDIOS will be Filming “Grey’s Anatomy” today January 11th (8pm) – January 12th (7 am). Filming will take place at 1100 South Hope Street. Filming will include Emergency Vehicles with flashing lights, intermittent traffic & pedestrian control (2 minute standard). A FULL STREET CLOSURE of HOPE STREET from 11^th to 12^th Street is planned.

 

• Replacement of the Garage Gates – UPDATE! – The contractor has made the necessary adjustments and resolved the garage clicker issue (some residents were experiencing) with the 11th Street (Luma) entry gate. Please note that replacement of the 12^th Street (alley) gate is set to begin next week, additional details will be provided as soon as a schedule is finalized. • Elleven Happy Hour – Take a break, enjoy a glass of wine and unwind with your neighbors. Thursday, January 17^th at 7:30 pm at the Elleven Lobby. Beverages & Bar Bites will be provided by Barcito. All residents are encouraged to attend!
