** Building Notice **

Trash Chute Reminders – Heavy objects, including boxes (of any size) or bottles, should not be put down the trash chute. Instead, these objects should be taken to the ground level trash room located in the garage. ALL waste placed in the trash chute should be secured in leak proof plastic bags, kitty litter should be double bagged. Special arrangements need to be made for the disposal of objects of unusual size or weight.

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

** Social Committee Events **

Walkie-Talkie A Social Exercise Event – Join your neighbors for a walking tour of scenic DTLA starting Sunday, February 23rd. This weekly, one-hour stroll will start in the Elleven Lobby every Sunday at 9:00am. You can bring a friend (two or four legged is fine). Remember to wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water and prepare for a walk outdoors (wear sunscreen, wear a hat etc.). Dining Around Downtown Club – The club will meet at Pez Cantina, located at 401 S. Grand Ave, Wednesday, February 12 at 7:30pm. Your host for the evening will be Pat Barrett. All residents are encourage to attend. Please RSVP: Virginia Wexman at vwexman@uic.edu .
