** Building Notice ** 

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

** Social Committee Events ** 

Walkie-Talkie A Social Exercise Event – Join your neighbors for a walking tour of scenic DTLA this Sunday, March 1st. This weekly, one-hour stroll will start at the Blue Wishbone located at South Park Commons at 9:00am. You can bring a friend (two or four legged is fine). Remember to wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water and prepare for a walk outdoors (wear sunscreen, wear a hat etc.). Don’t forget to check your weekly flyer for the DTLA TRIVIA question! Time to Vote! – It’s time to get out and VOTE! Voting centers open February 22nd. Local South Park voting centers include Bob Hope Hall, located at 1816 S. Figueroa St., Hours: February 22nd – March 2nd from 8:00am-5:00pm, March 3rd from 7:00am-8:00pm. Heart of the City 5K Run/Walk Coming Soon! – California Hospital Medical Center is hosting their HEART OF THE CITY 5K run/walk Saturday, March 28th from 7:30 am- 12:00pm.
