** Building Notice **

Increased Common Area Cleaning – The maintenance personnel (PTC) has increased cleaning intervals of all common spaces. These spaces include elevator buttons, door handles, front desk signature pad and other common area surfaces. We will continue to update the community as new procedures are implemented.

Luma Fitness Center Closure – In the best interest of the community the fitness center will be temporarily closed. This will go into effect immediately and stay in effect until further notice. We will continue to update the community as new procedures are implemented.

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

Elleven Social activities CANCELED! – In the best interest of the community the following social events have been cancelled: **Walkie-Talkie A Social Exercise Event ** & **Elleven Happy Hour**
