** Building Notice ** 

Social Distancing Reminder! – In an effort to practice safe social distancing, Management has placed signage reminding people to please allow appropriate social distancing while at the desk. 

Increased Common Area Cleaning – The maintenance personnel (PTC) has increased cleaning intervals of all common spaces. These spaces include elevator buttons, door handles, front desk signature pad and other common area surfaces. We will continue to update the community as new procedures are implemented.

 Luma Fitness Center Closure – The fitness center will be closed until further notice. 

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

FREE DVD Rentals for Elleven – Virginia Wexman has so graciously offered to loan DVDs to Elleven residents! Attached you will find a list of available DVDs. If any of these spark your interest, please contact Virginia Wexman at vwexman@uic.edu to place your request, she will then drop off said DVD at the front desk for you to collect. 
