** Building Notice **

COVID-19 Building Guidelines– Food Deliveries! – Delivery personnel visit countless communities within the Los Angeles area. In an effort to help minimize exposure and contact with people outside of the community we are asking that all food deliveries be picked up at the lobby. Drivers will be instructed to call you upon arrival, and they will be able to leave your food on a temporary table we’ve set up in the lobby.

Action Property Management “Life at Home” – Much of what we are all facing is serious and challenging. We want to try to balance that all out a little with some fun and creativity. With this in mind, attached you will find the fourth issue of “Life at Home”. Our hope is that this newsletter will function as a bright highlight in difficult days.

Food Trucks @ Evo – It’s Tasteful Saturday and the food trucks are back and will be outside of Evo, Saturday, April 11 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. For the upcoming line up click HERE!. To abide by current social distancing guidelines, the food trucks will only be accepting online orders for pickup through the link provided and will not be accepting walkups. This will help to prevent any type of crowds gathering.

Support your Local Restaurants!! – If you’re looking for somewhere to order takeout, delivery, and want to support the local vendors in South Park click HERE! For restaurants in the Arts District click HERE!. Note that things are changing quickly, so contact the restaurant directly with questions. Don’t forget to order ahead to minimize contact with others. Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

FREE DVD Rentals for Elleven – Virginia Wexman has so graciously offered to loan DVDs to Elleven residents! Attached you will find a list of available DVDs. If any of these spark your interest, please contact Virginia Wexman at vwexman@uic.edu to place your request, she will then drop off said DVD at the front desk for you to collect.

Lights of Hope! – Lights of Hope is a nightly event happening every night from 8:00pm – 8:02pm where we clap and cheer and flick our lights on and off to show support for those on the front lines helping our community during this time.

Starbucks @ 11Th & Grand NOW OPEN! – Our local Starbucks is open for mobile order pickup or Uber Eats orders ONLY. Store Hours: Monday- Friday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm. You do not need to be a member to order through the app. You can check out as a guest!
