Elleven Homeowner Association Members,

Elleven’s Annual Election is scheduled for Friday, July 10. The Board has hired The Ballot Box to conduct this year’s election. During this election cycle, there are TWO seats in contention. Directors serve a term of THREE years. To be eligible, you must fulfill the requirements outlined in Article V of Elleven’s Bylaws. This section of the bylaws is attached to this email.

Candidate Registration Forms were sent out this week to all Elleven Members via US Mail. If you have not received it, you can find a copy attached to this email. If you are interested in running, please complete the Candidate Registration Form and return it to The Ballot Box.

You have three options to return your completed form:

1. US Mail

2. FAX

3. Email

You can find additional information regarding the above methods within the form. FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO BALLOT BOX NO LATER THAN MAY 7, 2020, BY 5:00 PM.
