Trash Chute Maintenance Rescheduled! – This maintenance has been rescheduled to take place Thursday, April 8th from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Please note that ALL residential trash rooms will be CLOSED and trash chutes will be inaccessible for the duration of the cleaning.

2021 Annual Meeting Election Results – Elleven’s Annual Meeting of the Membership was successfully completed! Congratulations to Dennis Fried and Jeffrey Malin for being elected to Elleven’s Board of Directors for an additional three-year term. Elleven’s 2021 Board of Directors is: Dennis Fried, President Jeffrey Malin, Vice President Marty Goldberg, Treasurer Regina Cho, Secretary David Olivo, Director at Large

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Note: Construction is not permitted on weekends and holidays. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

SPBID Outdoor Live Music Series – SPBID will be hosting a series of casual outdoor performances, starting today March 26 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at South Park Commons. All of the music will be low key and family friendly, and they will be shutting down long before bedtime. Social distancing will be expected and enforced by South Park BID. The South Park Neighborhood Committee Newsletter – Due to recent events, a group of highly motivated residents in the South Park District have come together to form a Neighborhood Committee. The committee is in its early stages and hopes to engage all South Park residents to identify pressing concerns and to preserve and enhance South Park living. The group consists of residents and management from four of South Park’s residential buildings, Elleven, Evo, Luma and Ten50 totaling almost 900 units. Their mission is “to seek to utilize a united voice that has strength and influence for the mutual benefit of the South Park homeowners and residents.” They look forward to publishing a monthly newsletter; The March Edition of the South Park Neighborhood Committee Newsletter is attached.

Food Trucks – The food trucks continue outside of Evo, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. The food trucks will only be accepting online orders for pickup through the link provided and will not be accepting walkups. This will help prevent large crowds.
