**Building Notice**

Elevator 1 Update – The drive for the elevator was returned and installed this afternoon. During testing, our elevator technician observed a new issue which will require replacement of an electrical component. The parts have been rush ordered and our technician is attempting to locate a temporary part so the elevators can be returned to service. Unfortunately, elevator #1 will remain offline until early next week. Because of these recent developments, you will experience delays when calling for the elevator. Please plan accordingly. If you are planning to schedule any large deliveries this week, please contact the desk before confirmation. Any unscheduled deliveries will be refused. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and patience while we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

South Alley Gate Update – Please note the vendor has ordered parts for repairs and the gate will remain offline until all parts are received. Please continue to use the north entry (11th street) to enter and exit the garage. Please remember, to exercise caution as you enter and exit the parking garage. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Face Coverings REMINDER! ALL residents, guests, vendors, and invitees are required to practice social distancing in the Common Areas at all times, to the extent feasible; and residents, guests, vendors, and all other individuals must wear face coverings at all times when in the Common Areas of the Project, including hallways, stairways, elevators, etc. Residents will be responsible for their guest/vendor’s adherence to these rules. Please review the attached guidelines for full details.

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Note: Construction is not permitted on weekends and holidays. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.
