** Building Notice **
Face Covering in Common Areas Rule – Reinstated – The Los Angeles Department of Public health has issued updated guidance regarding wearing face coverings while indoors. According to the guidance, all persons will now be required to wear a face-covering while indoors. This means ALL residents, guests, vendors, and building staff will be required to wear face-coverings when in the common areas. These areas include – The lobby, elevators, garage and residential hallways. This will become effective on SATURDAY, JULY 17 at 11:59 PM, per LADPH Guidance. The Board adopted a rule earlier this year requiring the wearing of face coverings when traveling in the common area. This rule will remain in effect as long as there is a mandate issued by authorities. Failure to comply can result in possible enforcement action by the Board of Directors.
Pet Parent Reminder! – As part of the community at large, we are asking residents from our three communities Evo, Elleven, and Luma, to please continue to pick up after your pets to help keep the neighborhood clean. For your convenience, if you run out of bags while on a walk you can stop at one of the local bag dispensing boxes located throughout the community and pick up a bag. Thank you for helping to keep your community clean and orderly.
Evo Courtyard Gates – The installation of the new gates/fencing in the Townhouse Courtyard located between Evo and Elleven are underway. They are working on the Grand Avenue side and will then transition to the Hope Street side. The work will continue until August 4 between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Please expect drilling and sawing noise during this time.
Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Note: Construction is not permitted on weekends and holidays. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.
Elleven Lending Library – Management has received a few books for the lending library, and the bookcase has been placed just outside of the garage lobby doors for everyone to enjoy. The hope is that this Little Free Library will bring a little bit of joy, and new connections with your neighbors. If you are interested in donating books, please contact management to arrange a drop off time. We hope you can join the movement and share some books with your community.
