Phone System Offline – UPDATE!
Greetings Elleven Residents,
As many of you know, the phone lines here at Elleven continue to be down. AT&T has informed us that this widespread outage (affecting telephone lines and internet service) was caused by a cable failure, and is expected to be restored by end of the day on 9/27. Until then the Front Desk Staff and the Management Office will be unable to make or receive any calls.
If you need any assistance during this time you are welcome to email staff at ellevenstaff@actionlife.com or stop by the front desk and speak with staff.
