The Monthly Board Meeting for June will be held on Wednesday, June 30th at 7:00 PM on the Elleven/Luma Terrace.

Since we had the meeting for April early in the month following the Annual Meeting the next Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 18th at 7:00 PM at the Elleven/Luma 4th Floor Terrace.

The Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. on the Elleven/Luma Pool Terrace. The Secret Ballots have already been sent out so please take the time to fill it out and either drop it off in the office or mail it in the envelope provided.

The ballots for the Proposed Amendment to the CC&Rs will be tabulated on Tuesday, May 26th at 7:00pm at the Terrace. Interested homeowners may witness the counting of the ballots.
REMEMBER: If you have not yet submitted a ballot for the CC&R Amendment vote, please do so by May 26th.

Unfortunately we did not achieve a quorum of members at the Annual Meeting scheduled for April 6, 2009. The meeting was adjourned and will be reconvened on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 6:30 pm at the Elleven/Luma pool terrace.
Please be sure to return your Secret Ballot in advance of the meeting if you have not done so, or attend the meeting. Documents (including the ballot) are posted on this site under the "Documents" tab for your convenience. We really need your support and participation.

Sign-in will begin at 6:30pm, with the meeting scheduled to begin at 7:00pm. This members will be electing two (2) new directors to the Board, and also voting on a proposed amendment to the CC&Rs. Please be sure to attend or return your Secret Ballot. The Board of Directors will meet following the Annual Meeting.
