Greetings Residents,

Please note that there will be a 3-day continuous street closure of Hope Street between 11^th & 12^th Street for the site’s tower crane buildout. This closure will begin on Friday, September 29^th at 5 am and end Sunday, October 1^st at 7 pm.

During this closure, the Hope Street Alley will also be closed.

In addition to the aforementioned closures, the intersection of 12^th & Hope Street will be temporarily closed on Friday, September 29^th from 5 am-10 pm and Saturday, September 30^th from 1 pm-6pm for all eastbound traffic, beginning at Flower Street.

Please note that a flagger will be stationed at each intersection (11th/Hope, 12th/Hope & 12^th & Flower) during these hours to redirect traffic.

Please note that the garage will still be accessible through the 11th Street gates at all of these times.
