Electric Billing Delays Update!
Attention Elleven Homeowners,
In August we informed all members that the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) had difficulty reading our electric meters which caused a 30-day delay in billing. In September LADWP corrected the issue, however Management was advised that all billing would once again be delayed. To date, Management has still not received billing from LADWP. During this time, Management has been communicating with DWP weekly, and in an effort to increase the urgency of the matter we have reached out to other sources for additional support. DWP has informed us that they received electric reads for August, September and October. However, they (DWP) are unable to release the reads until they are thoroughly reviewed and released by a senior supervisor. Pending Electric bills are August-December 2017 and January 2018.
