Greetings Elleven Residents,

The 12th Street (alley) gate installation was finalized Wednesday, February 13^th. On Thursday 2/14 we experienced a few issues with the 12^th Street (alley) & 11^th Street (entry) gates. However, the contractor has made the necessary adjustments and resolved these issues. The finishing framing has been ordered and the work will be completed in the coming weeks. A schedule for installing the framing at each door will be provided.
