Greetings Residents,

Elleven contracted with Sustainable Solutions to install a comprehensive electrical grid throughout our garages. The system is now operational and 22 of our homeowners have already installed and are using EV charging stations. LADWP is offering a $5000 incentive to the Association for each charging station we install. To provide an incentive to homeowners and to maximize the Association’s investment, the Board has decided to split the rebate. The rebate amount will be a sliding scale based on the number of participants. The more people that participate now, the more money everyone will receive from the LADWP rebate.
