** Building Notice **

 Resident Emergency Procedures Training & Annual Fire Drill – Do you know what to do in case of earthquake, fire, power outage, bomb threat and medical emergency? Attend the Emergency Procedures Training to find out. Training will be held on Wednesday, November 13th at 6:00 pm in the Elleven Lobby. The Annual Fire Drill will take place at 4:30 PM. If you are in the building when the fire drill is being conducted, it is MANDATORY that you participate.

 Trash Chute Reminders – Heavy objects, including boxes (of any size) or bottles, should not be put down the trash chute. Instead, these objects should be taken to the ground level trash room located in the garage. ALL waste placed in the trash chute should be secured in leak proof plastic bags, kitty litter should be double bagged. Special arrangements need to be made for the disposal of objects of unusual size or weight.

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building . You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

 Dining Around Downtown Club – The club will meet at The California Hospital Medical Center, located at 1401 S. Grand, Wednesday, November 13th. The Dinner will be catered by Pez Cantina at no charge to residents. Your host for the evening will be Tom and Debra Shrout. Please meet in front of Evo at 5pm for a tour of the facility before dinner. All residents are encourage to attend. Please RSVP: Virginia Wexman at vwexman@uic.edu.
