Garage Safety Reminders – Safety & Security: Residents should practice their personal safety and security by taking precautions such as, reporting anyone who is acting in a suspicious manner, always locking your vehicles, and keeping all valuables out of sight. Please be very careful when driving through the parking garage. It is extremely important that everyone adheres to the posted 5 mph speed limit and observe all STOP signs.

Starry Internet is coming to Elleven! – We’re excited to announce that Starry Internet, a new choice for internet, is here! They offer high speed internet service for only $50 a month. For additional information click HERE!

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.
