Cigarette Disposal Reminders! – As a reminder, cigarettes, ashes or any other items are NOT to be discarded via your windows or patio. Doing so is a violation of the Elleven governing documents and a safety hazard for all. We ask that you be considerate of your neighbors by refraining from disposing of any waste via your windows or patio and please inform your guest of the same. If you have any question or concerns please contact management.

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

Elleven Happy Hour NEW LOCATION! – Take a break, enjoy a glass of wine and unwind with your neighbors. Thursday, February at 7:30 pm at The Stanton located at 1050 S. Flower Street. All residents are encouraged to attend!.

Walkie-Talkie A Social Exercise Event – Join your neighbors for a walking tour of scenic DTLA starting Sunday, February 23rd. This weekly, one-hour stroll will start in the Elleven Lobby every Sunday at 9:00am. You can bring a friend (two or four legged is fine). Remember to wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water and prepare for a walk outdoors (wear sunscreen, wear a hat etc.). Heart of the City 5K Run/Walk Coming Soon! – California Hospital Medical Center is hosting their HEART OF THE CITY 5K run/walk Saturday, March 28th from 7:30 am- 12:00pm.
