Exterior Window Cleaning – POSTPONED – Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances window cleaning has been postponed until further notice. Please note that Management is working with MPM Building Services, Inc. to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Emergency Rule Change – Common Areas REMINDER! – The Board of Directors adopted an emergency rule change concerning social distancing and face masks being worn in common areas. Effective immediately – residents, guests, vendors, and invitees are required to practice social distancing in the Common Areas at all times, to the extent feasible; and residents, guests, vendors, and all other individuals must wear face coverings at all times when in the Common Areas of the Project, including hallways, stairways, elevators, etc. Residents will be responsible for their guest/vendor’s adherence to these new rules. Please contact staff for detailed guidelines.

FREE DVD Rentals for Elleven – Virginia Wexman has so graciously offered to loan DVDs to Elleven residents! Attached you will find a list of available DVDs. If any of these spark your interest, please contact Virginia Wexman at vwexman@uic.edu to place your request, she will then drop off said DVD at the front desk for you to collect.
