Grand Ave. Street Work Slurry Seal

The asphalt on Grand Avenue (between Pico Blvd. & Olympic Blvd.) is scheduled to have a slurry coat applied to prolong the life of the street and prevent erosion. This work involves closing sections of Grand Avenue on Monday, August 3rd from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm. Please note the following during this work: NO driving on the slurry seal until barricades are removed, NO parking where “TEMPORARY NO PARKING” signs are posted. Additional improvements are on underway! Elevator Load Test

Elleven will be conducting a mandatory 5 year load test to both elevators on Monday, August 3 from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. During this time you may experience longer than usual wait time and may hear some noise coming from the elevator areas.
