Mask Wearing in Common Areas UPDATE!
Posted By ahuerta on June 18, 2021
Greetings Residents,
Starting June 15, Residents that are fully vaccinated (meaning it’s been at least 2 weeks since your final dose of the Covid-19 vaccine) will be able to travel throughout the building’s common areas without a mask. However, If you are traveling throughout the building’s common areas without a mask, you are attesting that you comply with CDPH and CDC vaccination guidelines. Residents are free to continue wearing face coverings if they choose.
Unvaccinated individuals still need to wear a mask in indoor public settings, including places like restaurants, movie theaters, and retail shops.
Currently, CalOSHA is requiring all employers and employees to maintain the wearing of masks. This means all vendors, delivery vendors, and staff will continue to wear masks while working/traveling in the building’s common areas.
Additionally, the front desk staff will resume sending food deliveries to the unit. As before, staff will call before sending deliveries to the residential floor. If you would like your deliveries sent to your unit without a phone call, be sure to update your guest list.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact ellevenstaff@actionlife.com or (213)749-9255.
