** Building Notice **
Tree Trimming – The trees along Grand Avenue, 11th Street and on the 4th Floor, will be trimmed on Monday, June 21st. The trimming will begin at approximately 8:00 am and should be complete by the end of the day. We ask that all residents please stay clear of the areas that are actively being trimmed.
Face Coverings Update – Residents that are fully vaccinated (meaning it’s been at least 2 weeks since your final dose of the Covid-19 vaccine) will be able to travel throughout the building’s common areas without a mask. However, If you are traveling throughout the building’s common areas without a mask, you are attesting that you comply with CDPH and CDC vaccination guidelines. Unvaccinated individuals still need to wear a mask in indoor public settings, including places like restaurants, movie theaters, and retail shops.Currently, CalOSHA is requiring all employers and employees to maintain the wearing of masks. This means all vendors, delivery vendors, and staff will continue to wear masks while working/traveling in the building’s common areas.
Food Delivery Update! – The front desk staff has resumed sending food deliveries to the unit. As before, staff will call before sending deliveries to the residential floor. If you would like your deliveries sent to your unit without a phone call, be sure to update your guest list.
Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Note: Construction is not permitted on weekends and holidays. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.
