** Building Notice **

Construction Projects in the Building – Currently there are no approved construction projects in the building. Please note that when projects are approved construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ONLY. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213)749-9255.

**Social Committee Events**

Dining Around Downton Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Joyce Soul and Sea, located at 770 S. Grand Ave, on Wednesday, February 21, at 7:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Joyce and Dennis Fried. Register to Vote by 02/20! – South Park needs voters to strengthen our collective voice and registering to vote is the first step to voting! ** Did you know? **

Moves/Deliveries – Did you know? Furniture and appliance deliveries are subject to the same procedures as move-ins/move-outs. All deliveries must be scheduled with the front desk and vendor insurance must meet the associations guidelines. Residents must be present to receive the delivery and are encouraged escort delivery personnel to the unit. Large deliveries must enter via the north lobby doors (1^st fl. exit doors to garage). It is recommended that you schedule your delivery with the front desk 1 week in advance. This will provide sufficient time for insurance documents to be provided. See attached for more information.
