 ** Building Notice **

Resident Emergency Procedures Training–Do you know what to do in case of an earthquake, fire, power outage, bomb threat, or medical emergency? Attend the Emergency Procedures Training to find out. Training will be held on April 9th, 6:00 pm in the Elleven Lobby. The Annual Fire Drill will take place on April 9th, at 4:30 pm. If you are in the building when the fire drill is being conducted, it is MANDATORY that you participate.

  Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 749-9255 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

   **Social Committee Events**

Earth Day Social *Save the Date* – The Elleven Social Committee invites all Elleven residents to the Earth Day Social on Monday, April 15^th, from 6 pm – 8 pm. In the Elleven “Party” Room located in the lobby. Enjoy food, wine, and the company of your neighbors! Complimentary countertop composting pails will be available.

Dining Around Downton Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at AC Kitchen and Lounge, located at AC Hotel, 1260 S. Figueroa St. (34^th Floor), on April 17, at 7:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Rikki Selby and Brad Meyer. Elleven Lending Library – Management has received a few books for the lending library, and the bookcase remains right outside of the garage lobby doors for everyone to enjoy. The hope is that this Little Library continues to bring a little bit of joy, and new connections with your neighbors. If you are interested in donating books, please drop them in the management office and indicate the unit number. We hope you can join the movement and share some books with your community.
