 ** Building Notice **

Elleven 2024 Board Election – The Elleven Homeowners Association 2024 Board Election meeting is scheduled for June 5, 2024 at 6:30 pm. There are 2 Board seats up for election. WE NEED YOUR VOTE TODAY! Currently, 39 ballots have been turned in, 45 are required to meet qourum. MAIL IN YOUR BALLOT TODAY. Get to know your candidates. See the attached candidate statements.

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 749-9255 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

  **Social Committee Events**

Celebrate Summer Social! – The Elleven Social Committee invites all Elleven residents to the – Celebrate Summer Social on June 24th from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm, in the Elleven “Party” Room located in the Lobby. Join us in welcoming the summer with tasty Tacos de Canasta and an Ice Cream Bar!

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meet at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Bar Ama, located at 118 W. 4th Street, on June 19th, at 7:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Larry Belliston. Elleven Lending Library – Management has received a few books for the lending library, and the bookcase remains right outside of the garage lobby doors for everyone to enjoy. The hope is that this Little Library continues to bring a little bit of joy, and new connections with your neighbors. If you are interested in donating books, please drop them in the management office and indicate the unit number. We hope you can join the movement and share some books with your community.

Battle of the Buildings Trivia WINNERS!  – Elleven WON the Battle of the Buildings Trivia contest last Friday evening held at Audio Graph Beer Company at 1203 S. Olive Street. A spirited competition, hosted by Lucky Guess Trivia founder, Brendan Sargent, brought a number of South Park residents together to play. The Elleven team, “Heaven Elleven”, was comprised of Dan Cockroft, Alan Chau, Hyunji Son, Victor Fressie, and Dennis and Joyce Fried. Congratulations Elleven!!!

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday  – The Tropic Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, June 4th, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Hip-Hop Block Party  – Experience the pulse of the hip-hop culture like never before at the GRAMMY Museum’s Hip-Hop Block Party on June 6th, 7:30 pm – 11:30 pm. Click HERE to get your tickets and additional information.

SPNA’s Summer Solstice  – Celebrate the longest night of the year! Yoga Classes at South Park Commons  – Attention South Park! We’re bringing back free yoga classes at South Park Commons on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am. Located at 1120 S. Grand Ave, our classes will be first come first serve, bring your yoga mat. All levels are welcome. Classes will be led by Yogis on the Move.
