 ** Building Notice **

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 749-9255 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

Welcome to the team Manuel! – We are delighted to welcome Manuel Avila to the Elleven team! You might have seen him this week at the front desk training. Manuel will work the front desk overnight shift Sunday – Thursday 10:00 pm – 6:30 am. To get to know Manuel a little more, see the attached flyer.

  **Social Committee Events**

Celebrate Summer Social! – The Elleven Social Committee invites all Elleven residents to the – Celebrate Summer Social on June 24th from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm, in the Elleven “Party” Room located in the Lobby. Join us in welcoming the summer with tasty Tacos de Canasta and an Ice Cream Bar!

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Bar Ama, located at 118 W. 4th Street, on June 19th, at 7:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Larry Belliston. Trivia Night  – Enjoyed Battle of the Buildings?! Audio Graph is hosting Trivia Night on June 20th at 7:00 pm, at 1203 S Olive St . It’s open to everyone from every building.

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday  – The 8E8 Thai Food Truck will be back in the area on Tuesday, June 18th, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

SPNA’s Summer Solstice  – Celebrate the longest night of the year! Join your South Park neighbors at the Summer Solstice event hosted by SPNA and the Mayan Theater on Thursday, June 20th from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Reserve your spot, click HERE. Yoga Classes at South Park Commons  – Attention South Park! We’re bringing back free yoga classes at South Park Commons on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am. Located at 1120 S. Grand Ave, our classes will be first come first serve, bring your yoga mat. All levels are welcome. Classes will be led by Yogis on the Move.
