 ** Building Notice **

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 749-9255 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

Welcome to the team Manuel! – We are delighted to welcome Manuel Avila to the Elleven team, please give him a warm welcome! Manuel will work the front desk overnight shift Sunday – Thursday 10:00 pm – 6:30 am. To get to know Manuel a little more, see the attached flyer.

Celebrate Summer Social! – The Elleven Social Committee invites all Elleven residents to the – Celebrate Summer Social on June 24th from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm, in the Elleven “Party” Room located in the Lobby. Join us in welcoming the summer with tasty Tacos de Canasta and an Ice Cream Bar!

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Pine & Crane DTLA, located at 1120 S. Grand Ave, Unit 101 on July 17th, at 7:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Joe Rank and Maggie Garcia. Sip & Shop Flea Market  – Audiograph Beer Co., is hosting its first flea market on June 28th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at 1203 S Olive St. Come and spend the day filled with unique finds, local artisans, vintage treasures, and of course, your favorite brews. It’s the perfect way to support local vendors while enjoying the vibrant community spirit we all love.

Yoga Classes at South Park Commons  – Attention South Park! We’re bringing back free yoga classes at South Park Commons on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am. Located at 1120 S. Grand Ave, our classes will be first come first serve, bring your yoga mat. All levels are welcome. Classes will be led by Yogis on the Move.
