** Building Notice **
Nuisance & Noise Policy Reminder – Management has noticed an increase in the number of noise complaints being reported. We would like to take this time to remind residents of Elleven’s Noise & Nuisance Policy. In accordance with the Association’s CC&R’s, no resident may cause or permit to be cause anything which may become a nuisance or cause unreasonable disturbance or annoyance to other residents, except security devices or devices designated to facilitate a person with a disability in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act. The Association has adopted the following policy as a reasonable interpretation of that restriction. It is important to note that many residents are likely to keep different hours. We ask all resident to please be mindful of their neighbors, especially during the evening and overnight hours. Please see the attached for additional information.
Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 749-9255 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com
**Social Committee Events**
Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Pine & Crane DTLA, located at 1120 S. Grand Ave, Unit 101 on July 17th, at 7:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Joe Rank and Maggie Garcia. Elleven Lending Library – Management has received a few books for the lending library, and the bookcase remains right outside of the garage lobby doors for everyone to enjoy. The hope is that this little Library continues to bring a little bit of joy and new connections with your neighbors. If you are interested in donating books, please drop them in the management office and indicate the unit number. We hope you can join the movement and share some books with your community.

Grand Park’s 4th of July Block Party – You are invited to the largest West Coast 4th of July celebration at Gloria Molina Grand Park, Block Party on July 4th from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm, admission is free. The block party is powered by The Music Center and includes two stages of live music, dancing, food vendors, and family-friendly activities, See the attached flyer for additional information. Tasty Food Truck Tuesday – Kiki’s Cuban Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, July 2nd, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Yoga Classes at South Park Commons – Attention South Park! We’re bringing back free yoga classes at South Park Commons on Saturday mornings at 9:00 am. Located at 1120 S. Grand Ave, our classes will be first come first serve, bring your yoga mat. All levels are welcome. Classes will be led by Yogis on the Move.
