 ** Building Notice **

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 749-9255 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

  **Social Committee Events**

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Pine & Crane DTLA, located at 1120 S. Grand Ave, Unit 101 on July 17th, at 7:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Joe Rank and Maggie Garcia. Tasty Food Truck Tuesday  – Wise BBQ Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, July 16th, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

South Park BID Emerald Carpet Event  – Join South Park BID in welcoming 33 Taps to the South Park community. This VIP event will held on Tuesday, July 23rd from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
