** Building Notice **

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

ELLEVEN Phone Outage – The Elleven phone lines continue to be out, AT&T and Granite continue to work diligently to resolve this issue. In the meantime, please call the temporary phone number (213) 796-0873 for the building or email staff for any matters at ellevenstaff@actionlife.com. We will provide updates as they become available.

**Social Committee Events**

Pizza Party Social! – The Elleven Social Committee invites all Elleven residents to the – Pizza Party Social on August 1st, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, in the Elleven “Party” Room located in the Lobby. Join your friends and neighbors in welcoming the summer with Pizza and Watermelon.

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Elleven/LUMA 4th Floor Terrace, located at 1111 S. Grand Ave, on August 21st, at 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Your hosts for the evening will be Debra and Tom Shrout. ** Community Alerts **

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday  – 8E8 THAI Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, July 30th, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

South Park BID Emerald Carpet Event  – Join South Park BID in welcoming 33 Taps to the South Park community. This VIP event will held on Tuesday, July 23rd from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Complimentary drinks and appetizers will be served and there will be arcade games to enjoy! RVSP through Eventbrite is required to attend the free event. Click HERE to RSVP. Farmers Market 1-Year Anniversary  – The Farmers Market is celebrating their 1-Year Anniversary! Join them for a family-friendly day on July 27^th, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, at the corner of 11^th St. and Grance Ave. There will be live music by Lamayah, jumpers for the kids, face painting, and more! 3^rd Annual Summer Night Out in South Park  – Join your neighbors at the 3^rd Annual Summer Neighborhood Night Out hosted by SPNA (South Park Neighborhood Association) and Audiogaph (aka HiDef) on Wenesday, July 31^st, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the corner of 12^th and Olive St. No charge for admittance.
