** Building Notice **

MyLA311 – If you notice issues such as streetlights being out or graffiti in the neighborhood we kindly ask that you report these matters to the city via MyLA311. You can reach MyLA311 via phone at 213-473-3231 or myla311.lacity.org. The individual reporting of the same issue significantly helps to expedite the repair process. We encourage residents to report issues irrespective of whether they believe the issue has already been reported.

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

ELLEVEN Phone Outage – The Elleven phone lines continue to be out. Our service providers have updated us that the estimated time for full phone restoration is August 16th. Our main line 213-749-9255 has been forwarded to our alternate number 213-796-0873. Please continue to email ellevenstaff@actionlife.com for all requests. We will provide further updates as they become available.

**Social Committee Events**

Guess the Watermelon Weight Winner! –We are delighted to announce the winner of our “Guess the Watermelon Weight” contest! After reviewing the 30 responses we received, we have found the closest guess. Please join us in congratulating Jaymi Chung! For reference, the actual weight of the watermelon was 31 lbs. and 8 oz. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this contest a success. We were happy to see the turnout of 50 residents for the Pizza Social.

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Elleven/LUMA 4th Floor Terrace, located at 1111 S. Grand Ave, on August 21st, from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Your hosts for the evening will be Debra and Tom Shrout. Please send your RSVP request to Joyce Fried at joycemfried@gmail.com.

Save the Date – The next social event will take place on October 24th, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the Elleven Lobby. Additional details coming soon.

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday – Vikings Burgers and Wings Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, August 13th, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons.

Vinyl Night at Audiograph Beer – Join Audiograph Beer on August 23rd from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm for a DJ Vinyl Night! Grab a beer, relax, and enjoy some great tunes. Free entrance to this event.

Gloria Molina Grand Park’s Sunday Sessions Presents Soul Source – In collaboration with Soul Source Gloria Molina Park is hosting a free all-ages house music event. This event aims to connect community and culture and present LA’s finest house music curators. Sunday, August 18th, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, free entrance. For additional information click HERE.
