** Building Notice **

MyLA311 – If you notice issues such as streetlights being out or graffiti in the neighborhood we kindly ask that you report these matters to the city via MyLA311. You can reach MyLA311 via phone at 213-473-3231 or myla311.lacity.org. The individual reporting of the same issue significantly helps to expedite the repair process. We encourage residents to report issues irrespective of whether they believe the issue has already been reported.

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

**Social Committee Events**

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Elleven/LUMA 4th Floor Terrace, located at 1111 S. Grand Ave, on August 21st, from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Your hosts for the evening will be Debra and Tom Shrout. Gloria Molina Grand Park’s Sunday Sessions Presents Soul Source – In collaboration with Soul Source, Gloria Molina Park is hosting a free all-ages house music event.
