** Building Notice **

Save the Date A Taste of South Park – Save the date for this year’s upcoming “A Taste of South Park” on September 28th. Additional details coming soon!

MyLA311 – If you notice issues such as streetlights being out or graffiti in the neighborhood we kindly ask that you report these matters to the city via MyLA311. You can reach MyLA311 via phone at 213-473-3231 or myla311.lacity.org. The individual reporting of the same issue significantly helps to expedite the repair process. We encourage residents to report issues irrespective of whether they believe the issue has already been reported.

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

**Social Committee Events**

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Joey’s DTLA, located at 700 W. 7th Street, on September 18th, from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Your hosts for the evening will be Enid and John Nilsson. Please send your RSVP request to Joyce Fried at joycemfried@gmail.com. Seating is limited to the first 18 guests, RVSP list closes on September 15th. Save the Date – The next social event will occur on October 24th, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the Elleven Lobby. Additional details coming soon.

** Community Alerts **

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday – Rice Balls of Fire Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, August 27th, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. “This Asian Fusion truck serves up a variety of yummy classic dishes, ranging from fresh Japanese sushi to Korean kimchi fried rice. Our menu even includes an Asian influenced Peruvian dish, Lomo Saltado which features sirloin marinated in soy and other spices”. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. See the attached flyer for additional details.

The Grammy Museum – HYBE We Believe In Music – The Grammy Museum has joined forces with HYBE Corporation to present an interactive exhibit that spotlights their legacy of unparalleled innovation and creativity as a trend-setting global entertainment brand and home to the likes of BTS, SEVENTEEN, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, and many more. On view through September 15, 2024, HYBE: We Believe in Music, A GRAMMY Museum Exhibit traces HYBE’s evolution and influence by showcasing instantly recognizable artifacts from its roster and creators. Sip & Paint at Audiograph – Join your community for an unforgettable evening of creativity and fun at Audiograph Beer Co., at 1203 S Olive St. from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Enjoy painting your masterpiece while sipping on your favorite brews, all accompanied by the music of Olivia Rodrigo. Bring your friends and create some beautiful memories together. Sip & Shop Flea Market at Audiograph – Audiograph Beer Co. is hosting a flea market on August 31st from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm at 1203 S Olive St. Come and spend the day filled with unique finds, local artisans, vintage treasures, and of course your favorite brews. It’s the perfect way to support local vendors while enjoying the vibrant community spirit we all love.

LUMINEX 3.0 Returns – On the evening of Saturday, October 5th, you’re invited to experience LUMINEX 3.0, an outdoor walkable digital art exhibition taking place in our neighborhood.
