** Building Notice **

Welcome to the Elleven team Vanessa! – We are delighted to welcome Vanessa Vasquez to the Elleven team! Vanessa will be working the front desk on Sundays and Mondays from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Stop by and say hello! To get to know Vanessa, please see the attached flyer.

Annual REG-4 Fire & Life System Testing – The City of Los Angeles Fire Department requires high-rise buildings to conduct annual tests of the fire/life safety systems in the building. Please be aware that we will be conducting this important testing on Wednesday, October 2nd, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. See the attached flyer for additional details.

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

**Social Committee Events**

Save the Date – The next social event will occur on October 24th, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the Elleven Lobby. Additional details coming soon.

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Joey’s DTLA, located at 700 W. 7th Street, on September 18th, from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Your hosts for the evening will be Enid and John Nilsson. Please send your RSVP request to Joyce Fried at joycemfried@gmail.com. Seating is limited to the first 18 guests, RVSP list closes on September 15th. Save the Date – A Taste of South Park – The South Park Neighborhood Association Invites You to A Taste of South Park on Saturday, September 28th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at the corner of Grand Ave and 11th Street. MyLA311 – If you notice issues such as streetlights being out or graffiti in the neighborhood we kindly ask that you report these matters to the city via MyLA311. You can reach MyLA311 via phone at 213-473-3231 or myla311.lacity.org. The individual reporting of the same issue significantly helps expedite the repair process. We encourage residents to report issues irrespective of whether they believe the issue has already been reported.

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday – The 8E8 Thai Street Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, September 17th, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.

The Downtown Los Angeles Residents Association (DTLARA) – Is having its next “Third Thursday” at First Draft Taproom and Kitchen located at 1230 S Olive St, Los Angeles, CA 90015 on September 19th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. You’ll have a chance to mix, mingle, and talk about issues that matter to you, as well as hear from Sade and Efren who are both in the run-offs for Assembly District 57 which include: Skid Row, South Park, LA Live, and parts of the Historic Core and Financial District.
