** Building Notice **

Annual REG-4 Fire & Life System Testing – The City of Los Angeles Fire Department requires high-rise buildings to conduct annual tests of the fire/life safety systems in the building. Please be aware that we will be conducting this important testing on Wednesday, October 2nd, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. See the attached flyer for additional details.

Welcome to the Elleven team Vanessa! – We are delighted to welcome Vanessa Vasquez to the Elleven team! Vanessa will be working the front desk on Sundays and Mondays from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Stop by and say hello! To get to know Vanessa, please see the attached flyer.

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

MyLA311 – If you notice issues such as streetlights being out or graffiti in the neighborhood we kindly ask that you report these matters to the city via MyLA311. You can reach MyLA311 via phone at 213-473-3231 or myla311.lacity.org. The individual reporting of the same issue significantly helps expedite the repair process. We encourage residents to report issues irrespective of whether they believe the issue has already been reported.

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday – The Real BBQ 43 Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, September 29th, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.
