** Building Notice **

Annual REG-4 Fire & Life System Testing – The City of Los Angeles Fire Department requires high-rise buildings to conduct annual tests of the fire/life safety systems in the building. Please be aware that we will be conducting this important testing on Wednesday, October 2nd, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. See the attached flyer for additional details.

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

Bulky Items Disposal – When disposing of bulky items such as furniture or items too large for the trash bin, residents should call NASA services. NASA can be reached at 888-888-0388 and schedule a pick-up appointment. Once the appointment has been scheduled bring the item down the evening prior to the pick-up date and place it in the trash room. Bulky items are never to be placed in the recycling room.

**Social Committee Events**

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Shin Beijing located at 3101 W. Olympic Blvd, on October 16th, from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Jaymi Chung. Save the Date – The next social event will occur on October 24th, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the Elleven Lobby. Additional details coming soon.

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday – The Birrieria El Patron Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, October 1st, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.

Craft Club – Wreath Workshop at Audio Graph Beer Co. – Join the Wreath Workshop on October 2nd, at 1203 S. Olive, from 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm and create your Halloween wreath. Be crafty. Drink good beer. Meet people. Make something (spooky) cool. See the attached flyer for additional information
