** Building Notice **

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

4th Floor Terrace Tree Trimming – Monarch Landscaping will be performing tree trimming on the 4th-floor terrace adjacent to Ellleven. The work is scheduled for Wednesday October 23rd, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

**Social Committee Events**

Celebrate Halloween Social – The Elleven Social Committee cordially invites all residents to Celebrate Halloween on October 24th, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the Elleven Lobby. See the attached flyer for additional details.

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Sakana Sushi Lounge located at 321 W. 9th Street, on November 20th, from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Marty and Susie Goldberg.
