** Building Notice **

Exterior Window Cleaning – The exterior window and balcony railing cleaning began on Wednesday, November 6th, and will continue for approximately two weeks, wrapping up on Tuesday, November 19th. Window cleaning for units facing 11th street has all been finalized and the team is working on the units facing Grand Ave. The cleaning will continue and progress clockwise daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that the completion date is an approximate time and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Attached you will find the window clearing schedule by unit location. This schedule has been posted on the residential bulletin boards and located on each parking level.

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

**Social Committee Events**

Winner of the “Guess the Pumpkin’s Weight” Contest! – We are happy to announce James Zee as the “Guess the Pumpkin’s Weight” contest winner. He guessed the pumpkin’s weight at 16 pounds 4 ounces. The pumpkin’s weight was 18 pounds. James won a $25 gift card to Pine and Crane. Join us in congratulating James on his win!

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Sakana Sushi Lounge located at 321 W. 9th Street, on November 20th, from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Marty and Susie Goldberg. ** Community Alerts **

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday – The 8E8 Thai Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, November 12th, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.

Farmers Market and Coffee with a Cop – The South Park Farmers Market is here every Saturday from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm on Grand Ave, between 11th St and Olympic Blvd. On November 9th, LAPD will join the farmers market with a booth at the corner of 11th St and Grand Ave from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with complimentary snacks. Take the opportunity to discuss community safety.

South Park BID Annual Meeting – Join South Park BID’s Annual Meeting to unveil the rebrand and hear from LA Tourism about LA2028’s impact on the community and businesses. The meeting will take place on November 14th, and light food and drinks will be provided. RSVP is required. See the attached flyer for additional details. RVSP HERE.
