** Building Notice **

Exterior Window Cleaning – The exterior window and balcony railing cleaning began on Wednesday, November 6th, and will continue for approximately two weeks, wrapping up on Tuesday, November 19th. Window cleaning for units facing 11th St., Grand Ave, and 12th St. has all been finalized and the team is working on the units facing LUMA/Hope St. Work/Live and Retail spaces will be done on Saturday, Nov. 16th. The cleaning will progress clockwise daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note that the completion date is approximate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Attached you will find the window clearing schedule by unit location. This schedule has been posted on the residential bulletin boards and located on each parking level.

 Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 796-0873 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com

**Social Committee Events**

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Sakana Sushi Lounge located at 321 W. 9th Street, on November 20th, from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Marty and Susie Goldberg. Please send your RSVP request to Joyce Fried at joycemfried@gmail.com. For additional information see the attached flyer.

Save the Date! – The next social event will occur on Thursday, December 12th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the Elleven Lobby. Additional details coming soon.

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday – The Gordo Hibachi Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, November 19th, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.
