BOARD MEETING
The next Elleven Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for January 22nd, 2025. The meeting can be accessed by logging into your resident portal and clicking on the zoom link on the right hand side of the screen. The link will also be published in the weekly building update the week prior to the meeting. We look forward to having all owners in the community attend.
GARAGE DOOR (GATE) UPGRADES
The Elleven Board of Directors previously approved upgrades to the access control systems sensors at the South Alley Gate. The work is scheduled to take place December 19th, 2024 from approximately 9 AM – 5 PM with the possibility of return on Friday. The community will be updated as needed on the Resident Portal if the vendor needs to return on Friday. During this time the gate will be inaccessible by residents but the 11th street entry and exit gates will remain operational. Once work is completed on the South Alley Gate will now longer open for pedestrian foot traffic and will only operate when is senses a vehicle, this will function in the same manner as the 11th street exit gate currently.
SOCIAL COMMITTEE
Elleven Holiday Book Drive– The Elleven Social Committee is excited to announce a Book Drive to support the Hope Street Margolis Family Center. Donations will be accepted until December 19th at the Front Lobby. Bring a new, unwrapped book suitable for children ages 0-6 years old. Fill out the donation slip at the front desk to be eligible to win a $25.00 gift card to Pine & Crane. We hope to make a considerable contribution to our Downtown Community through the gift of giving this holiday season.
BUILDING REMINDERS
Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals and approvals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. Tasty Food Truck Tuesday – El Grito Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, November 26th, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. Please see the attached flyer for additional information.
Frost & Fir A South Park Holiday Market – Frost & Fir, a European-style holiday Market will be held on Friday, December 6th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Audiograph Beer Co., outdoor space on Olive and 12th Streets. See the attached flyer for additional details.

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Genwa Korean BBQ located at 450 W. Olympic Blvd, on December 11th, from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Jed Springer. Save the Date! – Save the date for the Elleven Holiday Social & Kristen Saucedo’s meet & greet on Thursday, December 12th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in the Elleven Lobby. Additional details coming soon.
** Building Notice **
Nuisance & Noise Policy Reminder! – Management has noticed an increase in the number of noise complaints being reported. We would like to take this time to remind residents of Elleven’s Noise & Nuisance Policy. In accordance with the Association’s CC&R’s, no resident may cause or permit to be cause anything which may become a nuisance or cause unreasonable disturbance or annoyance to other residents, except security devices or devices designated to facilitate a person with a disability in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act. The Association has adopted the following policy as a reasonable interpretation of that restriction. It is important to note that many residents are likely to keep different hours. We ask all residents to please be mindful of their neighbors, especially during the evening and overnight hours. Please see the attached for additional information.

12 Street Alley Gate – Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, the 12th Street Alley gate has been placed offline until further notice. Note that the gate will remain open and a gate guard will remain at the location. For an additional measure of entry control, the 12th Street/alley gate guard will begin a quick authentication process for those who enter. If you or your guest enters through the alley gate, they will be asked which building and which unit they are here to access and quickly checked via a list.
Elevator # 1 Offline **Status Update** – Please note that elevator #1 remains offline at this time. The technicians remained onsite for several hours and were unable to repair the elevator. The Management team has been in contact with Mitsubishi’s Branch Manager to escalate the issue, and they are gathering their team of experts. They will return to Elleven as soon as possible.
South Park Farmers Market – The South Park Farmers’ Market is here this Saturday and every Saturdayfrom 9 AM – 2 PM on Grand Ave, between 11th Street and Olympic Boulevard. They will be featuring local farms, food, artisan crafters, and family entertainment. Thank you and we hope to see you all there!

Dining Around Downtown Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. For September the club will be hosting the 2nd Annual DADPICNIC on the 4th Floor Elleven and Luma Terrace. The event will be catered by Fixins Soul Kitchen and will take place on Wednesday, September 20, starting at 6:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Tom and Debra Shrout.
