Announcements 05/15/2020

COVID-19 Building Guidelines – Face Covering – On Wednesday, May 13, 2020, Mayor Garcetti issued an order requiring all Angelenos to wear face coverings when leaving their homes. As a reminder, we ask that you, your guest and vendors practice wearing face coverings in the common areas, including the elevators and the lobby, for the safety of your neighbors and our staff. Lobby Concrete Floor Work – RESCHEDULED 5/24 – The required topcoat & polishing work for the pathway adjacent to the front desk, manager’s office, and mailroom has been rescheduled. This work is now scheduled Sunday, May 24 starting at approximately 10:00 am and will continue into the evening hours. During this time, the pathway adjacent to the front desk, manager’s office, and mailroom will be closed. Residents & guests will be directed through the 1st-floor parking to rear lobby entrance for elevator access. Extra staff will be onsite to help navigate residents and guests through the property.

COVID-19 Building Guidelines- REMINDER!Please remember to use cloth face cover while in shared common areas of the community and practice physical distancing. Packages: we request you contact the desk prior to your arrival so we can have all packages ready for you. Food Delivery: In an effort to help minimize exposure and contact with people outside of the community we are asking that all food deliveries be picked up at the lobby. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. South Park COVID-19 Information & Resources – SPBID has added information to the COVID-19 Updates and Resources page, including FREE COVID-19 testing locations for all LA residents, and more resources for people experiencing hardship as a result of the stay at home order, and a section on how to help. Food Trucks @ Evo & Ten50! – The food trucks will be outside of Evo, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and outside of Ten50 every Friday from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm. To abide by current social distancing guidelines, the food trucks will only be accepting online orders for pickup through the link provided and will not be accepting walkups. Lights of Hope! – Lights of Hope is a nightly event happening every night from 8:00pm – 8:02pm where we clap and cheer and flick our lights on and off to show support for those on the front lines helping our community during this time.

Support your Local Restaurants!! – If you’re looking for somewhere to order takeout, delivery, and want to support the local vendors in South Park click HERE! For restaurants in the Arts District click HERE!. Note that things are changing quickly, so contact the restaurant directly with questions. Don’t forget to order ahead to minimize contact with others. Lobby Concrete Floor Work Topcoat & Polishing 5/3/2020

Greetings Elleven Residents,

Please be advised that topcoat & polishing work is required for the pathway adjacent to the front desk, manager’s office, and mailroom. This work is scheduled Sunday, May 3rd starting at approximately 10 am and will continue into the evening hours.

During this time, the pathway adjacent to the front desk, manager’s office, and mailroom will be closed. No elevator access will be permitted from the building’s entry through the lobby reception area. Residents & guests will be directed through the 1st-floor parking to rear lobby entrance for elevator access.

Please note that during this work, the adjacent lobby reception area will remain open at all times, access to the elevators will be permitted at all times through the 1st-floor parking to the rear lobby entrance, and extra staff will be onsite to help navigate residents and guests through the property.

If you have any packages/mail, it is highly recommended you pick up your items before Sunday.

If you require additional assistance during this time, please contact management and we will do our best to make accommodations for you.

Building Notices

Weekly Announcements 09/20/2019

Greetings Elleven Residents! Please take a moment to review the following building and community announcements.

Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff.

Dining Around Downtown Club – The club will meet at The Stanton DTLA, located at 1050 S Flower Street #167, Wednesday, October 16th. A hosted reception will start at 7:00 pm followed by the family-style dinner at 7:30pm. Your host for the evening will be Mel Lewis. All residents are encourage to attend. Please RSVP: Virginia Wexman at vwexman@uic.edu

Monthly Happy Hour – Take a break, enjoy a glass of wine and unwind with your friends and neighbors. Thursday, October 17th at 7:30 pm at Barcito located at 403 W. 12th Street (Evo). All residents are encouraged to attend!

Yoga In The Park @ South Park Commons – Start your week off right and join Yogis on the Move for a donation-based yoga class every Sunday from 4:00-5:00 pm. Please take your own mat, towel, and water.

Building Wide Hot Water Shut Off 4/18/2019 10am-4pm

Attention Residents,

Please be advised that the hot water to Elleven

will be shut off for necessary plumbing repairs on

Thursday, April 18th
From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Please note that the time is approximate and we will notify all residents as soon as repairs are complete and the water is restored.
