Holiday Packages

 

Greetings Residents,

Now that the holiday season is here, we are expecting a significant increase of package deliveries. In an effort to provide you with better service, we ask for all residents to take careful note and adhere to the guidelines listed below.

Package Notification/Tracking: Residents will be notified by email when packages arrive. There are occasions when a carrier will notify a customer that a package was delivered, however the front desk has not yet received or processed the package. To avoid confusion, we ask that residents wait for the email notification from Elleven staff.

48 Hour Hold: The 48 hour hold policy will be strictly enforced. Due to our lack of space, we are unable to accommodate packages longer than 48 hours. If packages are NOT picked up within the 48 hour timeframe, they may be returned.

Oversized/Multiple Packages: We ask that all residents make arrangements to be present for oversized packages. If resident is not present, we will accommodate to the best of our abilities but items may be returned.

Outgoing Packages: Packages that will be left with the front desk to go out, must be scheduled with the appropriate carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.). The carrier will not pick up the package if not scheduled.

Resident Emergency Procedures Training & Fire Drill 11/14/2018

DO YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A FIRE OR EARTHQUAKE?

Attend the Emergency Procedures Training to find out!

Training
will be held on
Wednesday, November 14th
at 6:00 pm
at the Elleven Lobby.

Safety training will include what to do in case of:

Earthquake, Fire, Power Outage, Bomb Threat, Medical Emergency

Elleven Homeowners Association is also required by the LAFD to conduct a fire drill annually pursuant to L.A.M.C. 57.33.19 and Title 19, C.A.C.
The Annual Fire Drill

will take place on

Wednesday, November 14       
at
4:30 pm
If you are in the building when the fire drill is being conducted, it is MANDATORY that you participate.

Non-participation in the fire drill may result in penalties from the fire department.

If you cannot participate in the fire drill due to physical limitations, please notify Management in advance so that arrangements can be made to assist you during the fire drill, and in an actual emergency. South Park BID & Elleven Community Meeting 11/08/2018 6pm

  • Closure of Barbeque Areas for Repairs – Necessary repairs for the metal panels that surround the barbeque areas have been scheduled. The BBQ areas will be closed during this work, which is scheduled for Monday, July 9th – Wednesday, July 11th from 9:00am-5:00 pm. Please note that this work will generate some noise, dust and paint fumes. We ask that you please use caution when in the vicinity of this work.

  • Community Information Fair on Homelessness – Join your friends & neighbors for this community information fair on homelessness taking place Saturday, July 14 from 12:00 – 4:00 pm at El Pueblo Historical Monument, located at 125 Paseo De La Plaza. Exterior Window Cleaning UPDATE!! East Side of Elleven (facing Grand Ave.)!! 5/8-5/15

Greetings Elleven Residents,

Please note that Cleaning of all concrete on the exterior of the building, windows and balconies for the East side of the building are underway!

  • All Penthouse balconies & windows facing Grand Ave. will be cleaned Tuesday, May 8th
  • All 12th Floor balconies & windows facing Grand Ave will be cleaned Wednesday, May 9th
  • All unit windows/areas facing Grand Ave. will be cleaned May 10th through May 15th.

Work hours shall be between Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. Please note that the completion date is an approximate time and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Before cleaning begins, all residents are required to do the following:
  • CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND/OR BALCONY DOORS (for additional privacy please close your blinds).
  • REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM YOUR BALCONY/PATIO.

Note: If the above items are not addressed prior to the time of cleaning, YOUR WINDOWS AND/OR BALCONY WILL NOT BE CLEANED.

Please Report any cleaning deficiencies to the Management office within 24 hours so we can address this before the project is completed.

** Building Notice **

Trash Chute Reminder!  – Heavy objects, including large boxes or bottles, should not be put down the trash chute. Instead, these objects should be taken to the ground level trash room located in the garage. Special arrangements need to be made for the disposal of objects of unusual size or weight. ALL waste placed in the trash chute should be secured in leak proof plastic bags, kitty litter should be double bagged.

Bags should be limited in size to 15” x 18”.

Heart of the City 5K Run/Walk – California Hospital Medical Center is hosting their HEART OF THE CITY 5K run/walk Saturday, March 24 from 7:00 am- 12:00pm. This event will directly impact Elleven! Electric Billing Delays Update!

Attention Elleven Homeowners,

In August we informed all members that the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) had difficulty reading our electric meters which caused a 30-day delay in billing. In September LADWP corrected the issue, however Management was advised that all billing would once again be delayed.  To date, Management has still not received billing from LADWP. During this time, Management has been communicating with DWP weekly, and in an effort to increase the urgency of the matter we have reached out to other sources for additional support.  DWP has informed us that they received electric reads for August, September and October. However, they (DWP) are unable to release the reads until they are thoroughly reviewed and released by a senior supervisor. Pending Electric bills are August-December 2017 and January 2018.

We will continue to keep owners informed of the process.
