** Building Notice **
Nuisance & Noise Policy Reminder! – Management has noticed an increase in the number of noise complaints being reported. We would like to take this time to remind residents of Elleven’s Noise & Nuisance Policy. In accordance with the Association’s CC&R’s, no resident may cause or permit to be cause anything which may become a nuisance or cause unreasonable disturbance or annoyance to other residents, except security devices or devices designated to facilitate a person with a disability in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act. The Association has adopted the following policy as a reasonable interpretation of that restriction. It is important to note that many residents are likely to keep different hours. We ask all residents to please be mindful of their neighbors, especially during the evening and overnight hours. Please see the attached for additional information.

Resident Emergency Procedures Training–Do you know what to do in case of an earthquake, fire, power outage, bomb threat, or medical emergency? Attend the Emergency Procedures Training to find out. Training will be held on April 9th, 6:00 pm in the Elleven Lobby. The Annual Fire Drill will take place on April 9th, at 4:30 pm. If you are in the building when the fire drill is being conducted, it is MANDATORY that you participate.

Pool and Spa Deck Renovation – Starting Monday, April 1st, the pool and spa area will be closed for renovation. The project is expected to last 60 days. We will provide updates as they become available.

**Did you know?**
Trash Chute – Did you know? Heavy objects, including boxes (of any size) or bottles, should NOT be put down the trash chute. Instead, these objects should be taken to the ground-level trash room/recycle room located in the garage. ALL waste placed in the trash chute should be secured in leakproof plastic bags, and kitty litter should be double-bagged. Special arrangements need to be made for the disposal of objects of unusual size, weight, and electronics.

The Board has contracted Downtown Pools to undertake a comprehensive renovation of the pool, spa, and deck area. Starting Monday, April 1st, the project is expected to span 60 days, facilitating renovations, and ensuring full compliance with health code regulations. This means the pool area will be closed for approximately 60 days starting April 1st. We will be providing more detailed information this week.

Terrace Furniture Restoration – On Monday, March 11th, Dr. Teak Maintenance and Restoration will begin to restore the terrace furniture by temporarily removing half of the furniture from the terrace. The restoration project is expected to last 8 weeks, with each half taking 4 weeks; Dr. Teak Maintenance and Restoration will start on the second half after completing the first. Please note that during this time, there will be significantly fewer furniture pieces.

** Did you know? **
Compost/Food Waste Disposal at Elleven – Did you know? As of summer 2023, a special receptacle was placed in the recycling room (1st-floor garage just outside the lobby) for the disposal of food waste. Composting is a natural process of breaking down organic materials, such as food scraps and yard waste, into a nutrient-rich soil amendment. This “compost” can then be used to fertilize gardens and landscaping, reducing our reliance on chemical fertilizers and promoting healthier plants.
