Greetings, Elleven Residents!
I hope this email finds you all well. Please take a moment to review the following building and community announcements.

** Building Notice **
Pool and Spa Deck Renovation – Starting Monday, April 1st, the pool and spa area will be closed for renovation. The project is expected to last 60 days. We will provide updates as they become available.
Resident Emergency Procedures Training – Do you know what to do in case of an earthquake, fire, power outage, bomb threat, or medical emergency? Attend the Emergency Procedures Training to find out. Training will be held on April 9th, 6:00 pm in the Elleven Lobby. The Annual Fire Drill will take place on April 9th, at 4:30 pm. If you are in the building when the fire drill is being conducted, it is MANDATORY that you participate.
Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 749-9255 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com
**Social Committee Events**
Dining Around Downton Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at AC Kitchen and Lounge, located at AC Hotel, 1260 S. Figueroa St. (34th Floor), on April 17, at 7:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Rikki Selby and Brad Meyer. Earth Day Social *Save the Date* – The Elleven Social Committee invites all Elleven residents to the Earth Day Social on Monday, April 15th, from 6 pm – 8 pm. In the Elleven “Party” Room located in the lobby. Enjoy food, wine, and the company of your neighbors! Complimentary countertop composting pails will be available.
Elleven Lending Library – Management has received a few books for the lending library, and the bookcase remains right outside of the garage lobby doors for everyone to enjoy. The hope is that this Little Library continues to bring a little bit of joy, and new connections with your neighbors. If you are interested in donating books, please drop them in the management office and indicate the unit number. We hope you can join the movement and share some books with your community.

Tasty Food Truck Tuesday! – Birrieria El Patron 818 Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday, April 2nd, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons. See the attached flyer for more information.

**Did you know?**
Trash Chute – Did you know? Heavy objects, including boxes (of any size) or bottles, should NOT be put down the trash chute. Instead, these objects should be taken to the ground-level trash room/recycle room located in the garage. ALL waste placed in the trash chute should be secured in leakproof plastic bags, and kitty litter should be double-bagged. Special arrangements need to be made for the disposal of objects of unusual size, weight, and electronics.
