** Building Notice **
Candidate Form for the Board of Directors – Reminder! – If you are an eligible member interested in running for a seat on the Board of Directors submit your candidacy no later than March 20th. Click HERE!, to submit your form.
Construction Projects in the Building – We have several submittals for in-unit construction throughout the building. You may hear noise related to these activities for the next few weeks. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213) 749-9255 or ellevenstaff@actionlife.com
**Social Committee Events**
Save the DATE! – The next social event will take place on April 15th, from 6 pm – 8 pm. Details coming soon.
Dining Around Downton Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Karl Strauss Brewing Company, located at 600 Wilshire Boulevard, on Wednesday, March 20, at 6:00 pm. Please send your RSVP request to Joyce Fried at joycemfried@gmail.com
Elleven Lending Library – Management has received a few books for the lending library, and the bookcase remains right outside of the garage lobby doors for everyone to enjoy. The hope is that this Little Library continues to bring a little bit of joy, and new connections with your neighbors. If you are interested in donating books, please drop them in the management office and indicate the unit number. We hope you can join the movement and share some books with your community.
** Community Alerts **
Tasty Tuesday Food Truck! – 8E8 Thai Food Truck will be in the area on Tuesday March 19th, from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The truck will be parked behind the alley adjacent to the South Park Commons.
Sculpt & Sip with Bellatec! – In celebration of Women’s History Month, SPNA is partnering with Bellatec Fitness (women-owned) for an event on Tuesday, March 26, from 7 pm – 9 pm which includes a free fitness class and a social hour. See the attached flyer for more information and how to register.
LA Marathon Street Closures – Don’t forget the LA Marathon is this Sunday, March 17th. Elleven residents will not be directly affected by the marathon. However, residents should be aware of the road closures throughout Los Angeles. Note that some roads will be closed either partially or fully, starting as early as 3 am. For full details click HERE!
