Greetings Elleven Residents,

Please note that during the first drop of window cleaning the maintenance crew determined that the building has an excess of debris from the construction projects in our area. Therefore, in addition to all windows being cleaned, MPM will pressure wash all of the concrete on the exterior of the building, as well as, the floors of each balcony/patio. The cleaning is scheduled to begin Monday, April 30^th, and will continue for approximately 6 weeks, wrapping up the week of June 4^th. The project will begin on the West side of the building and progress clockwise. The hours of operation will be 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that the completion date is an approximate time and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Residents will be notified via email and weekly schedules will be posted in the elevator lobbies on each parking level.
