Holiday Hope Donation Drive! – Elleven HOA has partnered with the South Park BID to bring you the Holiday Hope Donation Drive. During this holiday season, we will be collecting hygiene packs for the homeless. We ask that all donations be placed in gallon size Ziploc bags and be placed in the wicker basket located in the lobby.
Holiday Packages – The holiday season is here, and we are expecting a significant increase of package deliveries. In an effort to provide you with better service, we request you contact the desk prior to your arrival so we can have all packages ready for you. Additionally, we ask for all residents to take careful note and adhere to the guidelines listed in the Holiday Package notice.
Garage Safety Reminders – Safety & Security: Residents should practice their safety and security by taking precautions such as, reporting anyone who is acting in a suspicious manner, always locking your vehicles, and keeping all valuables out of sight.
