** Building Notice **

Construction Projects in the Building – Currently there are no approved construction projects in the building. Please note that when projects are approved construction is permitted Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ONLY. Construction is not permitted on holidays and weekends. If you hear construction-related noises outside of these hours and days, please contact the front desk staff at (213)749-9255.

**Social Committee Events**

Valentine’s Pizza Social *Save the Date* – The Elleven Social Committee invites all Elleven residents to the Valentine’s Pizza Social on Monday, February 12^th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm in the Elleven “Party” Room located in the lobby. Did someone say photo booth? Yes! Wear your favorite shade of red and strike a pose with your loved one, friends, and neighbors. 😊

Dining Around Downton Club – The Elleven Dining Around Downtown Club meets at a different downtown restaurant on the third Wednesday of every month. This month the club will meet at Joyce Soul and Sea, located at 770 S. Grand Ave, on Wednesday, February 21, at 7:00 pm. Your host for the evening will be Joyce and Dennis Fried. E-Waste Disposal –. Did you know, that Elleven does not provide e-waste disposal? What is E-Waste (Electronic Waste)? Lamps, toasters, computers, and hard drives (etc.) are considered e-waste. E-Waste items cannot be tossed in the trash room bin or recycling room. They must be taken to an e-waste center; you can find out more information HERE!
